ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Kaity! I recently graduated top of my class with a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in New York. With over a decade of experience in public health, I've devoted my career to supporting individuals at the intersections of substance use, HIV, and LGBTQ+ health. I'm passionate about providing care that allows you to show up as your whole self and leaves you feeling valued and understood. I’d love to work together to support your health and well-being and help you feel your best.

Acupuncture looks at the body as a whole, so when you come in for acupuncture I’ll start with a thorough intake that includes your main concern and cover topics like sleep, digestion, emotions, and overall well-being. Then I'll check your pulse and tongue. I create an individualized plan for you based on your symptoms and place needles in parts of your body (usually arms, legs, and abdomen) to best suit your needs. Once the needles are placed you relax for 15-30 minutes, allowing your body’s energy to rebalance and flow with greater harmony.
